Room Rate

$164 per night + taxes (12.5%) – total cost per room, per night: $184.50.

Please reserve your accommodations no later than Thursday, December 16, 2009. Note that this is expected to be a well attended meeting, therefore the room block may become filled even before 16th December; so reserve early!

Please note that if you are making your reservations using Disney’s Contemporary Resort reservations line, you will need to reference JTCM 2010. JTCM 2010 does have a limited number of rooms at the contracted rate for Saturday night, January 9 and Thursday night, January 14. Please consider this, when making your travel plans. If you intend to arrive prior to January 9 or extend your stay beyond January 15, please contact the hotel directly to add those dates to your reservation.

Please note the following inclusions in the room rate, which should be considered when making your reservations:

• “Disney’s Magical Express” - Disney Resort Destinations will provide “Disney’s Magical Express” service for JTCM 2010 attendees staying overnight at the hotel, who are traveling through Orlando International Airport. This service will consist of complimentary roundtrip airport shuttle, luggage delivery and remote airline check-in service on participating airlines for domestic flights only, subject to the terms and conditions in effect for this service at that time.

  It is important to note that this service represents a cost savings for each attendee of approximately $90.00 USD.

• After 4pm Theme Park Tickets – Disney Resort Destinations will provide one complimentary After 4pm Theme Park Ticket for each room occupied by a JTCM 2010 attendee on the peak nights of the room block. These tickets will be valid for one admission after 4pm during the conference dates or for seven (7) days thereafter, but no later than December 31, 2010. Epcot®, Magic Kingdom® Park, Disney’s Hollywood Studios™, Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme (subject to applicable park policies and procedures). Some activities/events may be separately priced. Attendees may not sell or transfer these tickets or permit them to be used by any persons other than JTCM 2010 attendees. Epcot® is typically open until 9pm, so the most value for usage of this ticket may be with a visit to Epcot®.

  If you are traveling with a guest, additional After 4pm Theme Park Tickets may be purchased at the hotel. The fee is $48.00 per ticket.

• Complimentary Disney Dining Cards – Disney Resort Destinations will provide one complimentary $25.00 Disney Dining Card for each room at the hotel occupied by a JTCM 2010 attendee on the peak night of the room block. Each Disney Dining Card may be redeemed for the purchase of food and beverage items at participating restaurants and other participating food and beverage locations with the Walt Disney World® Resort. A current list of participating food and beverage locations will be available at the hotel during the meetings. Attendees may not sell or transfer Disney Dining Cards or permit them to be used by persons other than JTCM 2010 attendees.
