1) Student Member identification required on site. 2) You must be an IEEE member at the time of registration to receive the IEEE member discount. Please visit ieee.org/join for details. 3) Companion registration must accompany a regular registration.
No invoices will be sent. Each attendee must register separately. Attendees not using credit cards must forward a check, or money order payable to JTCM 2011 and drawn on a US bank or a US branch of an International bank for the total registration amount in US Dollars. Wire transfers must include the full conference fees plus any of your bank's charges for making the transfer. There will be a $50 USD fee assessed for returned checks or for chargebacks issued on valid credit card charges. Registration payments must be received by the registration deadline for the rate at which you registered; if payment is not received by the deadline, you will be responsible for the higher rate. Refund policy: Processing fee $25 USD before January 4, 2011. No refunds after January 4, 2011.

If you are able to bring an LCD projector to the meeting for a minimum of 2 days and are willing to put it into a pool for use by your selected committee, you may be eligible for a full registration waiver (both IEEE members and non-members). Before you register, contact Charles Henville at c.henville@ieee.org with a copy to registration@pestechnical.org and please specify your main committee and what 2 full days you are willing to pool your LCD projector. You will then be given further instructions to register. Opportunities are limited to about the first 20 volunteers depending on your selected committee and which 2 days you commit to allowing your LCD projector to be pooled.

After registering, you may obtain a Registration Confirmation Letter which may help you obtain a travel Visa for attending the conference. To request the letter, email registration@pestechnical.org and include your registration confirmation number so that we can locate your complete, valid, paid registration.
