Each room will be equipped with an "AV package" that includes a cart, power cord, and screen.
Regarding LCD Projectors: Based on feedback from your Committee leaders, PES has tried to keep the registration fee for this meeting as low as possible. Thus, LCD projectors will not be part of the meeting package. To supply them for each meeting would have increased the registration fee 30%-50%. Each Committee Chair is encouraged to work with entity members to arrange to borrow the necessary equipment for the duration of the meeting. This policy was applied in the 2006 meeting, and worked well. We will observe how the policy works for 2007 and reassess it, if needed, for 2008.
